Weatherboard and baseboard replacement, window head flashing install

I need to get a few repairs done to our weatherboard property. One section of our baseboard has deteriorated completely and needs replacement. There are two patches of weatherboard that have cracked in the centre and need replacing. I am also interested in whether head flashing can be installed above a window. Quotes for some or all of the above jobs welcome. Thanks, Nathan
