Wooden Window Awning Repair

Kia ora, My house is a 1940s bungalow and the wooden awnings that are over one window in particular need repairing. Dependent on cost, I would look at updating all of the awnings at the same time, but definitely need the one repaired. In the picture, it's the awning on the right hand side that needs attention.
