Small general cladding repair

Would like to get a couple small cladding issues repaired. Quoted directly from the building report: "Stepped hairline cracking in mortar joints under upstairs Bedroom window on East elevation with 1 cracked bottom course brick above Lintel. Stepped cracking visible under upper Bedroom window opening on North elevation and at Lintel connection above Living room door on West elevation which require repairs. General repair would involve grinding out mortar and re-pointing. " "Separation at cladding junction above front door, although junction is somewhat sheltered by soffit we recommend repair and painting as it is not known if junctions incorporate back flashings."
