Hi I have a property In Wigram. Currently it’s on the market as I’m trying to sell it. The issue is it’s an early 2000s build and has monolithic plaster cladding, it’s single story about 180sqm, we have had a moisture test and it came back fine but we are struggling to find buyers who’s banks will lend them money on the property due to the monolithic cladding so are considering a re-clad using cost effective materials. Are you able to provide us with a free quote to re clad? We are in a bit of a rush so would be good to get the quote done ASAP.
