Weather Tightness repairs

Had a building inspection report of home we wish to purchase which highlighted potential weather tightness issues. Would like to get a quote to remedy - cracking/movement to seals and panel connections to aerated concrete cladding. Cladding connection between plaster coated cladding and stone all poorly finished. Evidence of moisture ingress internally around front entrance joinery. Most joinery does not appear to have weep holes installed to cladding above joinery or head flashings installed to joinery. Elevated moisture levels were indicated to the sides of both garage doors, may be due to limited eaves and elevated ground levels externally.
