Chimney cladding repair
Job description
I have an issue with some linea board on my 12 year old house. Issue is limited to the chimney which is 2 storey high. It appears the flashing has allowed water into the board in several places. The issue is where the boards butt together on the corner vertical capping of the linea. Will need scaffolding and I suspect a couple of days work at a guess

Andrews subcontractors were not available as readily as he had planned (roofer etc). This appeared to put pressure on the job as the ongoing cost of scaffolding seemed to be a concern. The scaffolding came down before the job was 100% complete and though some remedial work (painting) was completed using a scissor lift the job is not 100% complete - quite visible from the ground.
