Seal external cladding

Hi! I'm looking to deal with the following issues: - The fibre cement cladding is cracked. Looking to seal it. - The lower floor fibre cement cladding has exterior penetrations for services and other items. I would like them reviewed for water ingress. - There are a number of flashings and penetrations around the house. I would like them checked and sealed where necessary. - There is insufficient flashing and sealing where electrical cabling and the edge of cladding and guttering junction occurs. Exposed timber framing is visible. I would like to seal these areas to ensure no water ingress occurs. Cheers, Gene
