The carpet has worn through on the top two stair edges. I have removed carpet and edged, but would like someone to use the piece to repair in front of the ranch slider and small step to hall. Also would like carpet in lounge and dining to be re-stretched. The property is to be sold..probably as a rental. Would like to do ASAP for a tidy-up. Thanks
