Carpet in rooms and vinyl wood look laying on stairs

I have the carpet and insulation for four bedrooms to be carpeted please in the next two weeks if possible and my stairs laid with wood look vinyl or what ever I can get that looks like wood and then my very small lounge and office carpet pulled up and the natural wood underneath refurbished- this is my dream whether I can find someone that can do all of this and not cost the earth is another story! Maybe you and another person you know can team up please let me know All approx sizes -1 master and 3 small bedrooms carpeted (carpet and insulation I have) 4.5x4 and 3x1.5 3x3 and 2x2 - stairs laid with what ever I find I’m still looking for what’s suitable to lay on stairs that looks like wood as these are natural wood like the rest of my house) normal size stair case goes up to one level up (two story house) -lastly restore wooden floorboards which are covered in carpet in small lounge and half office downstairs (3x4 and 1.5x1.5) I’ll love you for ever is this was a possibility.
