What a fantastic communicator. He answered my query quickly and was on site the next morning to evaluate the job. While there he measured up the areas and organised a date to do the job . The quote arrived in my inbox in the time period he suggested and after confirmation he confirmed the date to be on site. Couldn't have asked for better!
