We have approx 80sq m of concrete floor which before being tiled at the beginning of August is to have under floor heating laid; the job will be in 2 stages, the first being dining, living rooms and a "laundry/bathroom. The floor has had carpet uplifted and vinyl. The second stage will be 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
