Small carpet laying job

We recently had our fireplace removed, which has left a hole in the carpet in our lounge. We have pieces of the existing carpet that we would like to be laid into the gap, if possible, along with new underlay. The space is approx 1.75 square metres. It would probably require 2 pieces of carpet to be joined up and fitted to the space. Flexible timeframe.
