Carpet to concrete transition
Job description
We need a transition fitted for a section of carpet which transitions into concrete flooring. Approx 3m length. The original carpet in our apartment was fitted a couple of years ago, but we have since cut a section of it away to enlarge the area of our kitchen, which has polished concrete flooring. We would like a transition strip fitted to fix this loose edge - the strip would preferably be metal and a darker shade similar to the carpet, but we are open to other suggestions. Ideally we would have this work done in the next couple of weeks (before Xmas), but we know it's a busy time for people so we can be flexible with possible dates. Apartment is at 142 Vivian Street, Te Aro, with easy access and on-street parking outside the front door.
