Remove carpet and underlay and 3 bedrooms

Hi all, I am based in London but have a rental in Newlands, Wellington. There is carpet in 3 rooms, 2 double bedrooms and one single. As the carpet quality is so poor, I want it taken out completely. I will replace early next year. Can you please provide me a quote to remove the carpet and underlay and leaving the rooms in a habital condition? The successful contractor would need to liaise with my property management company to get access and they would advise the tenants. I would require photos, an invoice emailed to me and I would pay online. I would hold back 10% of the invoice as retention, and once satisified with the final result the final amount would be paid. I am happy to negotiate this with the successful contractor. I look forward to hearing from you.
