Remove old carpet, lay new underlay and carpet

We have an old carpet in one of our bedrooms. Wanting this removed and replaced with a new underlay and carpet (we removed this 'new' carpet from our lounge and cut it to size for the bedrooms, so it's this carpet/underlay we're wanting installed) Have attached a pic of the current carpet, and then a picture of what the replacement carpet underlay is. Room size is approx 3.5x3m2
