Floor sanding and polishing

We have a bathroom area which we will sand and polish as long as the wood is not too terrible when we take up the tiles. The area to be sanded is approximately 1700 x 1800. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet and shower to work around. Once the floor has been sanded, a bath will also be installed so the area where this is to be placed will not need sanding. The floors in the hallway and dining room are currently stained with a reddish "cherry" colour so we would want the bathroom to match that. Job is located in Te Atatu Peninsula and would need to be started on Tuesday, 29 September and completed by the end of the week. My Dad is a builder and will be staying at the house that week. He will remove the skirting boards etc on the Monday in preparation for the job. Please e-mail me with a quote. Thanks very much.
