renovating rental property

Job description

Carpet Laying
Waitakere

We have a 3 bedroom rental property that needs redecorating while we're between tenants. We want the old wooden kitchen cupboards ripped out and replaced with new units and benchtop. In the bathroom we want the old bath and vanity removed and replaced with new. The whole house needs repainting on the inside - walls, ceilings, skirting, doors, window frames. Repair any small holes in ceilings or walls. We want the old carpet ripped up and the wooden floorboards sanded and polyurethaned. New tongue-and-groove will need to be put down in a small area where a fireplace has been removed. New lino to be laid in kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet. The house is due to be vacated in late September however the tenant will move out earlier if they can find a new house. If this happens we will have 21 days notice. Ideally we want tradespeople who can get in there as soon as the house is empty and do the job in as short a time as possible so we can get it tenanted again.

Wayne organised the renovation of our rental property, including new kitchen and bathroom, painting inside and polyurethaning floors. We are really thrilled with the results! Great communication - progress emails received most days. We added on a few extras (like knocking down an old shed and changing light fittings) which were no problem and the job was still completed in the time frame. Would definitely recommend to others with a similar job.
