New lino in Bathroom

Hi. I am quoting to repair rotten flooring in a small bathroom. I would like an indicative price to lay lino on a floor area 1100mm x 1900mm. Lino is the white tile pattern with the small black squares on the diagonal. Old Lino will be removed to put in new peice of flooring, but floor will need to be cleaned of glue and prepared. Price should include cost of lino.
