Lino or tiles for bathroom and toilet

We need some lino to be supplied and put down in a bathroom and toilet. Or Tiles to be used which we already have so a quote to lay tile and slate and put down tiles etc.... Bathroom approx 2metres x 2 metres, Toilet approx 2 metres x 1metre. The floor is very uneven as it has recently been pulled up repaired and new flooring layed. The lino doesn't need to be flash, just durable as the property is a rental. Unsure at the moment what is going to be cheaper, Laying tiles that we already have or laying lino that needs to be purchased. Can someone please give us advise on what is going to be cheaper and ball park figure.
