Repair of carpet/underlay ripped up by dogs

Hi Unfortunately our wonderful (not) dogs have ripped up a section of carpet in our hallway. They have also managed to rip up a lot of the underlay. We have plenty of spare carpet left over from when we built the house so should have enough to replace the damaged section but will obviously need new underlay etc. Wanting to get this fixed ASAP with it being in our hallway. Would like to get an estimate but obviously happy for people to give a final quote once you have checked out the damage etc in person. The area is approx 1.1m x 1.1m
