Ross rang me at 7pm on a Saturday after I posted my feedback requesting I change all feedback ratings to 5's. He threatened that if I did not change it he would not return to complete the job. I asked him to quote on laying the whole job. On the day he arrived to do it he advised his quote did not include the laundry and toilet and he would need to return at a later date to complete as he was booked for another job in the afternoon. He thought we did not have enough product, even though I had advised the square meterage we had purchased which he said would do the whole job when he quoted. The job he has done is a good job. There are one or two pieces of vinyl that have lifted slightly but I was going to leave these until Ross was returning in a few weeks. I am unlikely to use this tradesman again all the same. I believe his response was inappropriate. Laundry was always part of the job as it was earthquake damaged. The response to this feedback is completely inappropriate and so was the text that I have received. Prospective customers please beware.
