Underlay Supply & Carpet Installation Needed

Hi everyone. We recently acquired my in-law's carpet (they're getting new stuff installed). Currently, we have it all in the garage and need it installed here. The carpet needs to be cut (and potentially stretched) to fit a lounge and three bedrooms. We'll also need new underlay supplied and installed. No major rush or specific timeframe. Thanks
