I would like to get the timber floors in our house in Matua sanded and polished before we put it on the market. the floors are Tawa I believe. It would be the Living, Dining, Kitchen, Hall & 3 bedrooms combining to a total of approx 66m2. We are after a satin finish. and as we are selling it price is critical. Unfortunately I can't give you access to the property at this stage as it is rented, which may make it difficult for you to price, however i do have a floor plan if that helps
