Recarpeting upper level and stairs

We are looking to recarpet the upper level and staircase for a home we have just purchased in Tauriko along SH29. The total area is roughly 54m2 (according to the original floorplan - screenshot attached), and a staircase. I've added some photos, but they are from when we first went to view the property, so they don't show the carpet super well. We are looking for someone to remove the old carpet, prep the floor, supply carpet/underlay(if needed) and lay the new carpet. We are looking for high-quality grey loop pile (or potentially a short cut pile) carpet. The tricky part is the settlement for the property isn't until Nov 21, so we don't have full access to the property until then and we are hoping to have the carpets done the following week (Nov 25-29) before we fully move all our things in. If there is any way you can make that short turn around work with whatever pre-planning or rough quoting you can do ahead of time, that would be amazing!

Excellent quality work! Richard worked on a tight schedule for us to recarpet our new home before we moved in. We are very happy with how everything turned out.
