Warm Dry Bedroom

Daughter & young grandchildren moved in with us a year ago for a few weeks, and are still there. We need to make the grandchildrens' bedroom warm and dry for winter and have been given some carpet and underlay to help. We need someone to fit it within the next couple of weeks. Bedroom is approximately 3m x 4m rectangle. We are spending Easter Weekend decorating and insulating, so anytime after that would be great.
