Fix carpet edging

We have about 3 or 4 maybe more places in our rental property where the edging is coming away from the carpet. It needs new edging strips put in and maybe the carpet needs to be stretched a little to reach. The carpet is pretty old so we don't want to spend too much on it but we would like the nails of the old edging to not stick into our tenants feet. It's a pretty simple job but we are in Auckland and the property is in Rotorua.
