Carpet/Vinyl Install + Underlay Supply for New Build

Hi Guys, I have a new build about to start, its a kitset home that comes with carpet and vinyl included. I am after somebody to install this for me. The carpet does not come with underlay, so this will need to be supplied as well as gripper rods, carpet bars and glue. The area in carpet is 53.4m2 (3 bedrooms, lounge, dining, hall), the area in laminate is 16.4m2 (en-suite, bathroom, laundry, kitchen). You are installing onto a metal floor so take into account the need for self tapping screws. See the plan attached, I can send through a higher res version on request. Date for install would be 23rd October at this point, but could get pushed due to delays.
