Replace vinyl in Bathroom/Laundry/Kitchen

We have a rental property in Rotorua which needs new vinyl. We want to replace it with a hard wearing vinyl which does not show the marks/dirt probably in a dark greyish colour. (if you are unable to supply this then when can source it). The bathroom is approximately --- . We want the vinyl to go up to the skirting boards but we want it to go up the sides/front of the vanity, to prolong its life. Unfortunately this has some water damage so I am wondering if this can still be done? The Laundry is approx --- The Kitchen is approx --- . There is a patch on the floor in the kitchen which is slightly raised so this will need to be sanded back a bit first. We would like a price for both removal of the current vinyl and installation of new vinyl. But would like this price broken down as we may remove the vinyl ourselves. We don't need this done for a couple of months so want an indication of price so that we can get some money together. We might do it in stages too, say bathroom first then kitchen etc etc.
