Lay carpet and underlay

The dimensions of the area are as follows: overall length 4.570m x overall width 2.150m There is 1 riser step into the office which is 205mm high and 780mm wide. There is a recess in the area that is 1280mm wide x 473mm deep. The carpet and underlay dimensions are 4.5m long x 3.59m wide. Therefore the carpet is 70mm short and will need to be joined. The carpet is cut pile. There is also another area with a tatty join that needs tidying up it is approximately 5 long but I will confirm that length.
