Carpet Replaced in Rumpus Room

Good Afternoon, we have recently had tenants leave our rental property. The current tenants have noticed cat urine in the downstairs rumpus area of the house which will need replacing as well as the underlay. Insurance wont be covering this as there is a no pet coverage in the policy. Are you able to contact us and arrange a quote. The carpet originally is Sunrise Summer Storm Extra Heavy Duty with 11mm High Density Foam Underlay. The area is maximum 40sqm. The property is 30c Wade River Road, Stanmore Bay.
