Fix our floor

Hi We are renovating our kitchen floor, have removed old vinyl and found floorboards underneath. There is also an old chimney base which is concrete and sits about 1cm above the floor level in the middle of the floor. We would like the concrete ground or sanded down to the floor level and the whole lot polished and sealed. Floor size is around 14 square metres. Thanks
