Tidying up chipped door, wall, and new vinyl in room

We've ended our tenancy but the 'dog' room was a little damaged. Our dog dug away at the door and did some damage to the bottom of the door as well as the walls (photos attached). He also dug away at the vinyl floor and so that needs to be replaced completely. The measurements of the room for the vinyl are 3.2m by 1.8m (photo attached of room). We need an aluminium strip put at the entrance to the room and the width of this is 710mm.
