Hi there, Luke from Staywell Property here, rental property manager. Carpet damaged by tenant. They said they tried to clean some stains using baking soda, ended up with a few patches totally discoloured, as seen in the photos. Is there any way to fix this? Or do we have to replace 1 room of carpet? about 15 sq m. Let me know of the cost. Thanks.
