Carpet and underlay has become wet and mouldy from a leaking hot water cylinder. Small mouldy piece (830mm x 230mm see photo in corner) has been removed plus all sodden underlay thrown out. Remaining carpet ok and has been dried out. Spare pieces of carpet are available to patch the hole (see photo). Will require 2m x 2m of underlay and 1400mm of carpet tack strips see photo.
