The plastic capping that is put on the top of carpet that goes up the side of a wall has been chewed and pulled away from a wall. this needs to be replaced along with the carpet, we have spare. There is also a small chewed piece of carpet only behind the door of the same room. This is a rental property and as such requires the tenants okay to access it.
