Small carpet and vinyl laying job

We are wanting carpet and underlay laid in a small rumpus room and vinyl in a small laundry. The rumpus room is about 3m x 3m while the laundry is about 2.5m x 2m at its widest and longest points. We would like it done relatively soon and are on a budget. We will purchase the materials once the job is confirmed.
