Carpet stretching

I need the carpet stretched in a 100sqm apartment. The carpet has lifted significantly into long humps and bumps, mostly through the middle of the lounge/dining area and slightly in the 2 bedrooms. In order for someone to be home to help move furniture, it possibly needs to be done during school holidays or from 2pm on a week day. There is not a lot of room to move furniture around.
