Carpet repair

As pictured, where the carpet meets the tile, there’s some fraying that has occurred from the nail bar lifting. I’m not sure if it’s possible or not but I’d like the carpet cut a new nail bar put down and stretch to fit close to the tile again. I realise it’s only a small job but we are due to go onto the market soon so would be happy to pay extra for a speedy result.
