We need a new carpet in an apartment in Papatoetoe, now tenanted, shown on the first floor in the picture. Carpet in lounge and one bedroom; total area about 30 sq.m., reasonable quality for a tenanted unit, neutral colours. The current carpet must be removed and disposed of. The job will have to be done soon. Please express your interest.
