Re-Lay the carpet for an office, stairs and Mezannine floor. Approx --- Take off the old one and lay the new. (Includes small area for Kitchenette with appropriate flooring)

"I have contacted the customer regarding 3 of out 5 workmanship rating and they responded that carpet was laid out nicely and installers were professional.
We have had a delay for the instalation as our installer tested positive for Covid. In the end, the carpet was installed a week later once our installer finished the isolation period.
I have worked extensively to make up for the Covid delay but this was just one of the jobs that it was hard for the customer to understand this. "
