New build carpet & laminate flooring

I have a new build job with 4 houses 145sq/m per house that require carpet in bedrooms, hallway, stairs and lounge areas. Also in the kitchen area require laminate flooring Note: Nothing fancy just tidy I’m after a square metre rate to supply and install both, and type of carpet and underlay that will be used. Same goes with the laminate flooring.
