3 bedrooms need carpet

Hey, we are after an estimate for budget but nice carpet and underlay install. I've attached the floor plan and a few photos of the rooms. We want carpet is just the three bedrooms. The bathroom & toilet are becoming one new room and the study is becoming the new bathroom on the floor plan.
