New vinyl flooring in kitchen and toilet

I have had a new kitchen installed and the old vinyl needs to be replaced. It is a small kitchen (approx 3m x 3m) and the toilet is approx 1m x 2m. The vinyl has been removed in the kitchen but has not in the toilet. Also I would like a flight of stairs carpeted to match the carpet in the rest of the house. The stairs currently have vinyl on them. There are 6 stairs. I will take some photos and upload these so you can see
