Job description

Carpet Laying
Manukau

Hi, we’re finishing a big DIY renovation on a small house, and looking for an experienced carpet layer. I was keen to try it myself, but decided it might be best to get someone who knows what they’re doing! We already have the carpet and underlay (2nd hand, good cond), and carpet gripper (new). There are 2 bedrooms (each with wardrobe recess), one small office, and the lounge / dining area. TOTAL 4 ROOMS / approx. 43sqm. See highlighted areas on floor plan photo. We also need transition strips applied where carpet will meet existing vinyl at doorways, and going into kitchen area. You may have some, otherwise we can source it. Hoping to have skirting boards completed first week of April, and looking to have carpet laying done some time the following week, from 8th April. The week after that could work too. Any questions, or other info required, please ask. Cheers! : )

Johnny was our clear choice right from the beginning; prompt friendly communication, best price, and a very positive "no problem" attitude. The carpet which we supplied was second hand, and much harder to work with than anticipated, but Johnny took the extra time to make sure it came out great, without adding any extra charges. If you're considering Johnny for your carpet laying job, no need to look any further - highly recommended!
