Replace rotten floor in kitchen and 2 small ajoining rooms

It's a single level house. The floor is starting to feel quite soft and creaky.. I want to get the floorboards replaced in the kitchen and the ajoining laundry, and a small dining room.. and I'd like to put some cheap hard wearing tiling or lino down afterwards. I need to have the job completed within 2 weeks really, because I'm getting the house valued after that..
