Floor Sanding and varnish
Job description
I have a 1930's bungalow with fairly good condition floors that need refinishing. The area of the house is 120m2, but not all rooms need doing. --- Dining = 9.6m2 Kitchen= --- Total = 93.17m2 Photos shown are Bedroom1,2,3 All staples,nails etc will be removed by me prior to work start. House is currently empty, so no furniture to move. Looking at having this done in two weeks, after the bulk of the inside renovations are completed.
