Carpet stretch on one edge and small patch.

I removed a wall, now the carpet needs to be stretched on one edge. The carpet had coving up the wall 90mm so now with the wall gone it only needs a small stretch. There is also a patch that needs to be taped in maybe?, I have the patch of carpet. Will need to move or replace the carpet hook board that is nailed to the concrete floor. Will need a little underlay.
