Laying second hand carpet

Room is about 5m x 4.7m; it's a lounge/kitchen combined. Vinyl is being laid at the end of January in the kitchen area, so need carpet laid end January/1st week of February. Also carpet in bedroom pulled up to fix floor, needs stretching and reattaching. Floors are concrete.
