The person who I dealt with did not do the work and communicated poorly with the person who did. The work was rescheduled at the last minute; the carpet as not in the exact space I wanted carpeted (it did not align with a wall); and a piece was cut out of the carpet around the floor heat pump that i had arranged to be installed after the carpet was laid but because of the rescheduling was done on the same day. The contractor wanted to charge me more claiming I had removed a wall when I hadn't.
