Repair carpet where wall has been removed

An internal divider wall has been removed and the concrete pad is exposed. There are two nails sticking up through the concrete which need to be repaired. The area is approx 12cm x 184cm. The same carpet runs along the perimeter of the walls in a spare room which can be used to patch the carpet.
